As-is, accurate but not certified broadcast

JSM Loudness implements ITU-R BS.1770-4 and EBU R128 accurately and is verified on EBU test files (-14.05 LUFS). However it is not a certified broadcast device. For broadcast compliance, verify with certified hardware/software.

No warranty

Provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for mastering decisions, rejected uploads, or loudness penalty.

Local processing

You retain all rights to your audio. We never receive it.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer to create competing hosted service using our WASM without attribution, do not abuse rate.

Governing law

Quebec, Canada. Montreal courts. Quebec Law 25 privacy applies.
